Shipping & Return Policy

Everything you need to know about delivery and returns

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
  • All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Orders placed before 6 PM will be dispatched on the same working day.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days depending on your location.
  • We ship through reputed courier partners including Bluedart and DTDC for safe and timely delivery.

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. A tracking ID with URL will be shared once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via DHL and Bluedart international services at corporate billing rates.
  • International delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges for international orders are based on the destination country and product weight. Charges are communicated after order placement.
  • If the customer finds the shipping charges costly, the order can be cancelled with a full refund for the products.

Customs & Duty: Shree Devi Textile is responsible for safe delivery only. Any customs duty or import tax levied by your country must be paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled or exchanged any time before the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery.
  • For self-cancellation, a full refund would not be possible — 2% will be charged as processing fee.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 4 days of delivery for products in their original, unused condition with tags intact.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Festival Sales: We do not accept returns and refunds during Aadi Festival, Diwali, Pongal, and other seasonal offer/sale products.

Refund Policy

  • In case of a defective or wrong product received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Retail shopping and online shopping "Return and Refund" policies are entirely different. Online orders follow the policy described on this page.
